STRAWBERRY OF FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Strawberry of Fried Rice)-    3 cloves of Garlic
-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs
-    Cooking Oil (enough for frying)
-    10 pieces of Beef Meatball
-    800 gr of White Rice
-    1 ounce of Chicken Meat
-    Sauce (which has been in cut fine)
-    Spice Concoction (pepper, black pepper, dried chilli and garlic)
-    ½ teaspoon of Salt
-    Sugar (to taste)
-    Butter (to taste)
-    2 stalks of Spring Onion
-    2/3 tablespoon of Strawberry Seasoning (already in blender)
-    Flavoring (to taste)

How to make :

-    Heat enough cooking oil to fry up to heat.
-    Sauté garlic, eggs, beef meatballs, chicken meat, cut fine sauce and strawberry seasoning.
Wowww Food (Strawberry of Fried Rice)-    Put the white rice then mix well with stir.
-    Add spices concoction (pepper, black pepper, dried chilli and garlic) to taste.
-    Put sugar, salt, flavoring and mix the strawberry seasoning, stir until blended.
-    Add the spring onions and butter, stir well, for a more savory taste. Lift
-    Serve the Strawberry Fried Rice on the plate.

PINEAPPLE OF FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Pineapple of Fried Rice)
Pineapple of Fried Rice
-    4 plates of Cooked Rice
-    1 small dish of Fresh Pineapple (cut box)
-    2 cloves of Red Onion (thinly sliced)
-    3 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
-    1 piece of Red or Green Chili (medium iris)
-    3 stalks of Spring Onion
-    4 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for frying)
-    ½ cup of Peas
-    1 piece of Chicken Egg (shake)
-    3 tablespoons of Chicken Broth
-    2 teaspoons of Curry Powder
-    3 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
-    Sugar (to taste)
-    Salt (to taste)
-    8 - 12 pieces of Fresh Shrimp (to taste / to taste)
-    Raisins and Cashews Nut (to taste / to taste)

How to make :    

-    Initially, give a little cooking oil to the rice that has been prepared and then stir to not clot.

-    Next, stir-fry chilli and garlic until it gives off a scent.
-    Pull out the onion stir-fry and chili, then cook the scrambled eggs in the pan.
-    Then, mix the eggs with onions and chilli. Add chicken stock, curry powder, sugar, sweet soy sauce and salt to taste.
-    Enter the cashew nut, then enter the rice that has been prepared. Stir well.
-    Next, include peas, pineapples and raisins. Stir well.
-    Ready to serve in half a fresh whole pineapple that has been hosed in the middle.

YELLOW OF FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Yellow of Fried Rice)
Yellow of Fried Rice
-    200 gr of White Rice
-    300 ml of Water
-    25 gr of Turmeric (in grated and squeezed 20 ml)

Other Materials :

-    3 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    4 cloves of Red Onion (finely chopped)
-    2 pieces of Big Green Chilli (cored and boxed cut)
-    1 piece of Big Red Chilli (cored and boxed cut)
-    100 gr of Chicken Fillet (box cut)
-    1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
-    ½ teaspoon of Fish Sauce
-    ½ teaspoon of Salt
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion (sloped slant)
-    1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil (for sauteing)

How to make :

-    Rice : boil water and turmeric water. Put the white rice. Cook until soaked.
-    Steam 30 minutes over medium heat until cooked.

-    Heat cooking oil, saute garlic and red onion until smell good. Put the chicken fillet. Stir until it changes color.
-    Add big red chilli and big green chilli. Stir well.
-    Put the white rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper powder. Cook while stirring evenly. Add the spring onions. Stir well and cook until done.
-    Omelette : shake off eggs and salt. Add celery. Stir well. Make a thin omelette. Roll eggs. Thinly sliced.
-    Serve Yellow of Fried Rice with complement and omelette.
