MOCCA ICE COFFEE

Materials :

Wowww Food (Mocca Ice Coffee)
-    1 tablespoon of Instant Coffee
-    50 gr of Chocolate (melted)
-    500 ml of Hot Water
-    ½ can of Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
-    Whipping Cream (to taste)
-    Ice Cubes (as needed)
-    Cinnamon Powder (to taste)

How to make :

-    Prepare the glass, insert ice cubes to taste. Set aside.
-    Prepare another glass, then brewed instant coffee and sweetened condensed milk chocolate, stirring until evenly distributed. Chill.
-    Pour the cup of coffee and sweetened condensed milk into a glass that contains ice cubes.
-    Garnish with melted chocolate and whipping cream.
-    Sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Serve while cold.

FRESH FRAPPE ICE MANGO

Materials :

Wowww Food (Fresh Frappe Ice Mango)-    3 pieces of Mango Ripe (peel and take the meat)
-    200 ml of Soda Drink
-    4 tablespoons of Lemon Water
-    ½ cup of Orange Juice
-    Ice Cubes (as needed)

How to make :

-    Mixture the Mango, lemon juice and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
-    Pour into a glass or a kettle, add a soda, then add ice cubes. Serve.

PURPLE YAM ICE CREAM

Materials :

Wowww Food (Purple Yam Ice Cream)-    400 gr of Purple Sweet Potatoes / Purple Yam (clean and cut)
-    150 ml of Coconut Milk (thick)
-    100 gr of Sugar
-    150 ml of Full Cream Milk
-    250 ml of Whipping Cream
-    1 stem of Screwpine Leaf (cut)
-    Red Cherry Sweets (for sprinkling to taste)

How to make :

-    Steam purple yam until soft and tender. Lift and peel the skin. Then pure the purple yam until smooth. Set aside.
Wowww Food (Purple Yam Ice Cream)-    Cook full cream milk, thick coconut milk, screwpine leaf and sugar until boiling. Lift. Remove the screwpine leaf. Then put the purple yam into the mixture of coconut milk that has been in the cook earlier. Stir well. Strain. Then chill in the refrigerator.
-    Beat whipping cream until stiff and put the purple yam that have been cold earlier. Stir well.
-    Pour the mixture of whipping cream and purple yam into the container. Store into the freezer until half hard. Stir until fused, then freeze again.
-    Lift and serve with a sprinkling of red cherry sweets.
