SPECIAL CHICKEN NOODLE BANGKA

 

Main Material :

• 250 gr of Round Noodles
• 100 gr of Fresh Green Cabbage
• 100 gr of Fresh Bean Sprouts
• 250 gr of Chicken Meats
• 2 liters of Water
• 1 clove of Garlic
• 3 cm of Ginger (minced)

Seasoning Material :

•  ½ clove of Big Onion (sliced ​​long)
• 4 cloves of Garlic (thinly sliced)
• ½ sachet of Chicken Broth Powder
• ½ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
• ½ teaspoon of Salty Soy Sauce
• ½ teaspoon of Oyster Sauce
• Salt (to taste)
• Sugar (to taste)
• 120 ml of Water
• 3 tablespoons Cooking Oil (for stir-fry)

Supplementary Material :

• 2 sachets of Spicy Chilli Sauce
• Fried Onions (to taste)
• 2 rod of Onion Leaf (thinly sliced)
• Crackers Dumplings (to taste)

How To Make :

Main Material :

• Chicken meat in pieces small box.
