TINUTUAN PORRIDGE

Material :
  • 100 gr Rice
  • 2 pieces of Sweet Corn (peeled fruits)
  • 200 gr of Yellow Sweet Potatoes (small pieces)
  • 200 gr of Pumpkins (cut into chunks)
  • 100 gr of Spinach Leaf
  • 100 gr of Kangkong Leaf
  • 100 gr of Long Bean (small pieces)
  • 20 strands of Basil
  • 1 stick of Onions Leaf (sliced)
  • 2 pieces of Bay Leaf
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Broth Powder
  • 1 liter of Water 
Supplementary Material Porridge :
  •  150 gr of Salted Fish (cut into chunks and fry until dry)
  • Sambal Dabu-Dabu
  • 4 pieces of Red Hot Chilli (thinly sliced)
  • 6 pieces of Green Hot Chilli (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cloves of Red Onion (small cut)
  • 1 piece of Tomato (small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons of Water Lime
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
How to make :
  1. Cook water until boiling and input rice along the bay leaf and lemongrass leaf
  2. Up to half cooked and add the sweet corn, yellow sweet potatoes and pumpkin, cook until soft
  3. Add kangkong, long beans, leaf spinach, onion leaf and basil until cooked.
  4. Add salt and sugar
  5. Stir until smooth and lift after being cooked
  6. Serve Manado porridge with Sambal Dabu - Dabu and complementary materials.
