STRAWBERRY MOUSSE PUDDING











Material :

-    130 gr of Strawberry (peeled the lids, blender, strain, add water so that it becomes 180 ml)
-    3 pieces of Yellow Eggs (shaked, add a little bit of milk)
-    300 ml of Liquid Milk
-    120 ml of Condensed Cream (whipped until stiff, store in refrigerator)
-    150 gr of Sugar
-    1 bag of Jelly Powder (white)
-    3 pieces of White Eggs
-    30 gr of Sugar (to shake egg whites)
-    Fresh Strawberry (for garnish, cut into four parts)

Strawberry Sauce :

-    150 gr of Strawberry (peeled the lids, blender, strain)
-    250 ml of Water
-    100 gr of Sugar
-    50 gr of Strawberry Jam
-    2 tablespoons of Cornstarch (melted with a little water).

How to make :

  1. Cook the milk, sugar and gelatin until boiling. Pour a little into the eggs yellow and stir quickly re-enter all of the eggs yellow to the milk while stirring rapidly. Simmer back.
  2. Put strawberry juice, stir well, remove from the heat, stirring constantly until the steam is lost.
  3. Beat the egg whites at medium speed mixer until foamy, add sugar gradually while continuing to be shaken to form a blunt peak (soft peak).
  4. Gradually, pour the gelatin mixture into the egg whites while continuing to be shaken at low speed.
  5. Put whipped heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Pour into a gelatin mold. Chill.
  7. Strawberry Sauce: Mix the strawberry juice, water, sugar and jam, stir well, simmer, pour the cornstarch, stirring until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Presentation: Cuts the pudding, arrange on a serving plate, pour the sauce, garnished with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
