Strawberry Sauce :
- 150

- 100 gr
of Sugar
- 50 gr
of Strawberry Jam
- 2
tablespoons of Cornstarch (melted with a little water).
How to
make :
- Cook the milk, sugar and gelatin until boiling. Pour a little into the eggs yellow and stir quickly re-enter all of the eggs yellow to the milk while stirring rapidly. Simmer back.
- Put strawberry juice, stir well, remove from the heat, stirring constantly until the steam is lost.
