Material :
- 3 pieces of Peach (medium), (small cuts)
- 50 gr of Flour
- 2 tablespoon of Self Raising Flour
(100
gr Flour, 3 gr Baking Powder and 1 gr of Salt)
- 55 gr of Caster Sugar / Refined Sugar
- 3 pieces of Chicken Eggs (Whipped)
- 500 ml of Fresh Milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Powder (vanilla
essence)
How to make :
- Prepare mold medium size heat resistant (oven proof) and heat it.
- Mix the flour and sugar in a medium bowl, then enter whipped eggs, then fresh milk and vanilla essence, stir up batter being soft average (dough a little liquid)
- Then place a slice of peach that has been earlier in the heatproof baking dish, pour the batter.
- Bake in oven on medium heat about 50 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
