Material :
- 250 gr of Strawberry
- 1 cup of Whipped Cream
- 1 teaspoon of Gelatin Powder
- ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Powder
- ½ cup of Sugar Fine
- ⅛ cup of Drinking Water
Chocolate sauce material :
- 100 gr of Chocolate Bars (mild or dark
chocolate)
- 2/3 cup of Whipped Cream
How to make :
- Blend strawberries until smooth with a given water a little bit, and then filtered.
- Dough strawberries and powdered sugar in cooking over medium heat, stirring.
- Simmer until 10 minutes for a bit overcooked.
- Put the water in the cup, sprinkle the gelatin and let 5 minutes.
- Heat the strawberry was at the stove and lift, to slowly enter the gelatin mixture of cream and vanilla well.
- Cook again strawberry mixture on low heat while stirring.
- Coat the molds with butter, pour the strawberry mixture into it, if it had been warmer insert it into the refrigerator for 5 hours.
How to make chocolate sauce :
- Put the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan and cook over low heat and stirring constantly until dissolved. Remove and let cool.
- Serve Panna Cotta with chocolate sauce.
