TRIFLE CAKE

Material I :

-     250 gr of Strawberry

-     100 gr of Blueberries

-     100 gr of Sugar

-     50 ml of Water

Material II :

-     100 gr of Pastry Cream (fla)

-     200 gr of Whipped Cream

-     150 gr of Maidera Cake / Chocolate Sponge Cake (chopped)

Material III :

-     25 gr of Sugar

How to make :

1. Material I: cook sugar with water, add strawberry and blueberry, set aside.
2. Material II: Mix pastry cream (fla) with whipped cream and stir until blended.
3. Pour half the material I into a glass, then cover with half the material II. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
4. Sprinkle the top with material III, then grilled with a spray gun. Garnish with fresh fruit. Serve chilled.
