Material III :

How to make :
- Material I: cook sugar with water, add strawberry and blueberry, set aside.
- Material II: Mix pastry cream (fla) with whipped cream and stir until blended.
- Pour half the material I into a glass, then cover with half the material II. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle the top with material III, then grilled with a spray gun. Garnish with fresh fruit. Serve chilled.
