- 940 ml of Water
- 5 gr of Jelly Powders
- Sugar (to taste)
- 125 ml of Fresh Milk
- 1 teaspoon of Essens Almond
Ginger Sauces :
- 100 gr of Ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 940 ml of Water
- 55 gr of Brown Sugar
- Boil that jelly powders, water, fresh milk, sugar together until boiling. Lift and pour into molds. Enter the essens almonds and stir until average. Refrigerate until hardened.
- For the sauce to boil water, brown sugar, and ginger over low heat until smell of ginger tasted. Strain the liquid broth.
- Serve pieces of the pudding with a ginger sauce.
