LAKSO ( BANGKA ETHNIC )

Lakso Material :

-    300 grams Rice Flour
-    300 grams Flour Sago
-    550 ml Water

Water Lakso :

-    250 grams of Fish Meat (boiled, mashed)
-    4 pieces Garlic
-    5 pieces Shallots
-    5 pieces Candlenut
-    1 piece Turmeric
-    1.5 liters of Coconut Water
-    Salt (to taste )
-    Sugar (to taste)
-    Pepper (to taste )
-    Coriander Powder (to taste)
-    1 stick Lemongrass
-    3 pieces Leaf Greeting

How to make :
  1. Lakso : 150 gram rice flour stirred with 300 ml Water (Cook until the water runs out, stirring constantly) allow to warm temperatures.
  2. Mix the flour and the rest of Rice Flour Sago.
  3. Put the dough to knead with included the remaining water until smooth.
  4. Prepare the mold, direct print in boiling water if it floats lifted.
