BBQ SOUP

Material :

Wowww Food (BBQ Soup)
BBQ Soup
-    500 gr of Shank Beef
-    1.3 lt of Water (for boiling)
-    3 pieces of Bay Leaf
-    2 cm of Galangal (tossed)
-    4 teaspoons of Salt
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
-    ½ tablespoon of Sugar
-    1 lt of Coconut Milk (from 1 coconut)
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for sauteing)

Ground Spices :

-    10 cloves of Red Onion
-    2 cm of Turmeric

Supplementary Material :

-    2 tablespoons of Fried Onion
-    2 stalks of Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
-    2 stalks of Celery Leaf (thinly sliced)

How to make :

-    Boil water and meat until broth and tender. Take the broth of 750 ml. Lift meat. Cut the box. Set aside.

-    Stir fry spices, bay leaf, lime leaf and galangal. Put it into the broth. Stir well.
-    Put the meat into the broth. Stir well.
-    Add salt, pepper and sugar. Cook until well done. Pour coconut milk. Cook while stirring until cooked and boiling.
-    Lift meat. Burn the meat until browned.
-    Serve with gravy and complementary.

TRIBE BEEF SOUP

Material :

Tribe Beef Soup
-    500 gr of Tribe Beef (wash clean)
-    500 ml of Beef Broth
-    500 ml of Coconut Milk (from ½ coconut)
-    3 tablespoons of Seasoning Soup Instant Beef (powder)
-    2 pieces of Lime Leaf
-    1 stalk of Lemongrass (crushed)
-    Salt (to taste)
-    Sugar (to taste)
-    2 stems of Big Spring Onion (cut 1 cm)
-    Fried Onion (to taste)
-    2 stalks of Celery Leaf (thinly sliced)
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

Supplementary Material :

-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (boiled)
-    Condiment (to taste)
-    1 piece of Lime
-    2 pieces of Tomatoes (rough cut)
-    5 pieces of Cabbage Leaf (thinly sliced)

How to make :

-    Heat oil, saute seasoning soup, lime leaf and lemongrass until smelled nice. Put the tripe and the big spring onion, mix well.
-    Pour the beef broth, bring to a boil.
-    Pour the coconut milk, cook over a low heat while stirring constantly until boiling. Season with salt and sugar. Lift.
-    Arrange cabbage leaf and tomato in a serving bowl, pour the gravy and tripe sufficiently.
-    Sprinkle celery leaf and fried onions.
-    Serve warm with a complement.
-    For 4 servings.

-    20 gr of Tenderloin Beef (box cut)
-    20 gr of Tribe Beef (cut box)
-    20 gr of Intestines Beef (box cut)
-    3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for sauteing)
-    500 cc of Water

Material Contents :

-    30 gr of Bean Sprouts (soak with hot water)

Ground Spices Material :

-    2 stalks of Spring Onions
-    3 cm of Turmeric (burn)
-    3 cm of Ginger
-    ¼ teaspoon of Salt
-    1 clove of Garlic
-    ¼ teaspoon of Cumin (roasted)
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper
-    3 pieces of Cloves

Supplementary Material :

-    White Rice, Lime, Sweet Soy Sauce, Shrimp Crackers and Chilli.

Splat Material :

-    1 tablespoon of Spring Onion (thinly sliced)
-    ½ tablespoon of Celery Leaf (thinly sliced)
-    2 tablespoons of Fried Onion

How to make :

-    Heat cooking oil with frying pan. Saute the finer spices until cooked and smelled nice. Stir constantly until the spices dry out. Lift.

-    Boil water with a pan. Put pieces of beef and other parts. Boil until boiling water and beef half-baked (± 30 minutes) on a small fire, remove the foam contained in the broth.
-    Put the ground spices. Boil until the spices soak up ± 15 minutes. Stir well. Lift.

-    2 stalks of Spring Onion (cut 1 cm)
-    3 stalks of Lemongrass (grab the white part and smear)
-    5 pieces of Lime Leaf (discard the bones)
-    2 teaspoons of Salt
-    2 tablespoons of Chicken Broth
-    3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for sauteing)

Ground Spices Material :

-    12 cloves of Garlic
-    6 grains of Candlenut (roasted)
-    3 cm of Turmeric (roasted)
-    2 cm of Ginger
-    ¾ teaspoon of Pepper (roasted)

Material Contents :

-    50 gr of Bean Sprouts (clean, brewed boiling water, drain)
-    50 gr of Soun Dry (brewed hot water, drain, cut)
-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (boiled and cut)
-    1 stalk of Celery (finely sliced)
-    1 tablespoon of Fried Garlic
-    1 tablespoon of Fried Red Onions

Supplementary Material :

-    4 pieces of Potato Cakes
-    1 piece of Lime (cut)
-    2 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce

Hot Chilli Sauce Material :

-    8 pieces of Hot Chili
-    2 pieces of Red Chilli
-    2 cloves of Garlic
-    ¼ teaspoon of Salt

How to make :

-    Boil chicken until meat is cooked over low heat. Strain and simmer again.
-    Heat the cooking oil. Saute the finer spices until smelled nice.

-    Add the spring onion, lemongrass and lime leaf. Stir until cooked. Lift.
-    Pour into the chicken stew. Add salt and chicken broth. Cook until well done. Raise the chicken. Chicken Shredded. Set aside.
-    Hot Chilli Sauce : Boil hot chilli, red chilli and garlic until cooked. Lift. Add salt. Puree.
-    In a serving bowl, give bean sprouts, soun, chicken shred and eggs. Pour the gravy, sprinkle celery, fried garlic and fried red onions.
-    Serve warm with complement and sauce.
