TITI NOODLE

Wowww Food (Titi Noodle)
Material :

  • 400 gr Egg Noodles (small size as a stick)
  • Cooking Oil (enough for frying and sauteing)
  • 200 gr Chicken Breast Fillet (cut into 1 cm)
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 1 piece of Onions (peeled and cut into 8 sections)
  • 150 gr of Shrimp (medium), (in peel)
  • 100 gr of Beef Liver (boiled and cut into 1 cm)
  • 6 pieces of Meatballs Beef (thinly sliced)
  • 50 gr of Cauliflower (cut)
  • 100 gr of Green Cabbage (cut)
  • 2 sticks of Carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch (dissolved in 50 ml of water)
  • 1 piece of Chicken Eggs (whipped)
  • 1 piece of Tomato (cut into 6 parts)
  • 2 stalks of Celery Leaf (cut into 1 cm)
  • 2 rod of Onion Leaf (cut into 1 cm)
Ground Spices :

  • 8 cloves of Garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
  • ¾ teaspoon of Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
Supplementary Material :
  • Lime
  • Fried Onions
  • Hot Chilli Sauce (ready to use)
How to make :
  1. Pour the egg noodles in hot water, drain and divide into 6 sections.
  2. Heat cooking oil and deep fry egg noodles over medium heat until browned and crisp, remove and set aside.
  3. Make the sauce : boiled chicken meat in over low heat until cooked. Lift the chicken, cut into 1 cm, set aside the broth water.
  4. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and fry all the spices and onions until smell good. Enter shrimp and chicken pieces and cook until the shrimp change color, pour broth and simmer.
  5. Enter the liver, meatballs, green cabbage, cauliflower and carrots and cook until done, then enter the cornstarch and stir until bubbling.
  6. Before lift, break the eggs and stir slowly until stringy. Stir briefly, lift.
  7. Arrange the fried noodles on a serving plate, then flush with hot sauce.

Material :
  • 1 kg Beef Rib Bone
  • 500 gr of Beef Knuckle (knee) (boiled and cuts in square size)
  • 2 liters of Water

Ground Spices :
  •  8 cloves of Red Onion
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 5 pieces of Candlenut
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of Salt

Supplementary Material :
  •  Fried onions
  • Lime
  • Condiment / Sambal

Material Condiment / Sambal :
  •  7 pieces of Chilli Red
  • 100 gr of Peanuts (fried)
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Water Lime 

How to make :
  1.  Boiled beef rib bone into the pot, covered, for 15 minutes, then put all the ground spices and beef knuckle.
  2. Then cook until the sauce boil, remove from heat and remove the beef rib bone from soup.
  3. Place the soup into serving bowls, then sprinkle with fried onions.
  4. Make the condiment / sambal too,puree all the ingredients sauces, then give the lime juice and stir well.
  5. Serve along with condiment / sambal and lemon slices in a separate place.
  6. Serve immediately.

Material :     
            
  • 500 gr of Beef
  • 500 gr of Offal and Beef Liver
  • 2 ½ liters of Rinse Rice Water (last rinse)
  • 250 gr of Peanuts (on roasted, deseeded, puree)
  • 5 stalks of Lemongrass (tossed)
  • 2 pieces of Galangal (fry)
  • 2 cm of Ginger (tossed)
  • 5 Sheets Bay Leaf
  • 8 pieces of Lime Leaf
  • 2 sticks of Cinnamon (cut into 2 cm)
  • Vegetable Oil (for stir-fry)

Ground Spices :

  • 10 pieces of Red Onions
  • 8 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Coriander (Roast in Frying Pan Without Pan)
  • ½ teaspoon of Cuminum
  • ½ tablespoon of Pepper
  • ½ pieces of Nutmeg
  • Salt (to taste) 

How to make :

  1. Boil all the meat with rinse rice water. Enter lemongrass, galangal, ginger, bay leaf, lime leaf, cinnamon. Cook until cooked and then remove and drain.
  2. Offal and beef liver should be boiled separately with ordinary water so that the sauce is not too fishy.
  3. Then cut into small box shape or according to the taste of meat and offal, beef liver. Set aside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil, stir-fry the ground spices until smell goods . Remove and put in the meat stew water. Add the ground peanuts, cook until boiling.
  5. Prepare a serving bowl, order cuts of meat, offal and beef livers then pour the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle celery slices, green onions and fried onions.
