Material :
- 100 gr Rice
 - 2 pieces of Sweet Corn (peeled fruits)
 - 200 gr of Yellow Sweet Potatoes (small pieces)
 - 200 gr of Pumpkins (cut into chunks)
 - 100 gr of Spinach Leaf
 - 100 gr of Kangkong Leaf
 - 100 gr of Long Bean (small pieces)
 - 20 strands of Basil
 - 1 stick of Onions Leaf (sliced)
 - 2 pieces of Bay Leaf
 - 2 teaspoons of Salt
 - ½ teaspoon of Sugar
 - 1 teaspoon of Broth Powder
 - 1 liter of Water
 
Supplementary Material Porridge :
- 150 gr of Salted Fish (cut into chunks and fry until dry)
 - Sambal Dabu-Dabu
 - 4 pieces of Red Hot Chilli (thinly sliced)
 - 6 pieces of Green Hot Chilli (thinly sliced)
 - 4 cloves of Red Onion (small cut)
 - 1 piece of Tomato (small pieces)
 - 2 tablespoons of Water Lime
 - ½ teaspoon of Salt
 
How to make :
- Cook water until boiling and input rice along the bay leaf and lemongrass leaf
 - Up to half cooked and add the sweet corn, yellow sweet potatoes and pumpkin, cook until soft
 - Add kangkong, long beans, leaf spinach, onion leaf and basil until cooked.
 - Add salt and sugar
 - Stir until smooth and lift after being cooked
 - Serve Manado porridge with Sambal Dabu - Dabu and complementary materials.
