TINUTUAN PORRIDGE

Material :
  • 100 gr Rice
  • 2 pieces of Sweet Corn (peeled fruits)
  • 200 gr of Yellow Sweet Potatoes (small pieces)
  • 200 gr of Pumpkins (cut into chunks)
  • 100 gr of Spinach Leaf
  • 100 gr of Kangkong Leaf
  • 100 gr of Long Bean (small pieces)
  • 20 strands of Basil
  • 1 stick of Onions Leaf (sliced)
  • 2 pieces of Bay Leaf
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Broth Powder
  • 1 liter of Water 
Supplementary Material Porridge :
  •  150 gr of Salted Fish (cut into chunks and fry until dry)
  • Sambal Dabu-Dabu
  • 4 pieces of Red Hot Chilli (thinly sliced)
  • 6 pieces of Green Hot Chilli (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cloves of Red Onion (small cut)
  • 1 piece of Tomato (small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons of Water Lime
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
How to make :
  1. Cook water until boiling and input rice along the bay leaf and lemongrass leaf
  2. Up to half cooked and add the sweet corn, yellow sweet potatoes and pumpkin, cook until soft
  3. Add kangkong, long beans, leaf spinach, onion leaf and basil until cooked.
  4. Add salt and sugar
  5. Stir until smooth and lift after being cooked
  6. Serve Manado porridge with Sambal Dabu - Dabu and complementary materials.

Material :
  • 1 whole of Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
  • 4 pieces of Lime Leaf (exhaust bones)
  • 2 stalks of Lemongrass (take the white inside and crushed)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Sugar
  • 100 ml of Condensed Coconut Milk (from ½ coconut)
  • 400 ml of Watery Coconut Milk (the rest of thick condensed coconut milk)
  • 2 rod of Onion Leaf (cut size 1 cm)
  • 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (stir-fry)
  • ½ teaspoon of Water Lime

Seasoning Ingredients in Blend :
  • 12 cloves of Red Onions
  • 2 cm of Turmeric (burned)
  • 3 pieces of Big Red Chilli
  • 2 pieces of Curly Chilli Red
  • 3 pieces of Red Hot Chilli
  • 4 grains of Candlenut (roasted)
  • 2 cm of Ginger
How to make :
  1.  Marinate the chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon of lime water. Let stand for ± 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and stir-fry all the spices and add the lime leaf and lemongrass until nice smell, then add the chicken and stir until it changes color.
  3. Enter the watery coconut milk, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling.
  4. Pour the condensed coconut milk and cook until done. Add the onion leaf  and stir until blended. Lift.
  5. Cook the chicken until browned.
  6. Remove and serve.

Material :
  • 500 gr of Beef (pieces the size of 2 × 2 cm)
  • 4 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Water Lime
  • 15 stik of Satay Skewer
Seasoning Ingredients in Blend :
  • 10 cloves of Red Onions
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 6 pieces of Chilli Red
  • 6 pieces of Hot Chilli
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
How to make :
  1. Combine all ground spices, cooking oil, lime water and beef. Then stir until blended.
  2. The beef skewers one by one to the satay skewer stik as much as 3 to 4 pieces of beef.
  3. Grill on the coals until cooked, rub while with a ground spices earlier.
  4. If it is ripe, lift and serve.

Material :
  • 250 gr of Flour
  • 500 ml of Coconut Milk
  • pieces of Chicken Eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon of Salt
  • Pasta of Screwpine Leaf (to taste)
  • Whipped Cream (Instant)
  • Avocado (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
How to make :
  1. Combine flour and salt. Stir so that it becomes flat.
  2. Add the eggs while stirring and enter the coconut milk while stirring until blended.
  3. Heating fry pan and spread with a little oil
  4. Take 1 scoop batter, and cook until lightly browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. Mash the avocado in a large bowl, add the sugar, puree until there are no lumps. Set aside.
  6. Combine instant whipped cream with cold water (in other dishes) and shake by using medium speed until stiff, then mix into the avocado mixture, stirring until blended.
  7. Serve pancakes with whipped cream avocado.

  • 1 kg Beef and Leg Bones
  • 20 pieces of Green Chili
  • 6 pieces of Tamarind (raw)
  • 1 stick of Lemongrass
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 piece of Lime
  • Flavoring

Supplementary Material :
  • Fried onions
  • Lime
  • Boil Cassava

How to make :

  1. Boiled beef and leg bones up into a pot until half cooked and tender.
