Material :
- 250 gr of Flour
- 500 ml of Coconut Milk
- pieces of Chicken Eggs
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- Pasta of Screwpine Leaf (to taste)
- Whipped Cream (Instant)
- Avocado (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
How to make :
- Combine flour and salt. Stir so that it becomes flat.
- Add the eggs while stirring and enter the coconut milk while stirring until blended.
- Heating fry pan and spread with a little oil
- Take 1 scoop batter, and cook until lightly browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Mash the avocado in a large bowl, add the sugar, puree until there are no lumps. Set aside.
- Combine instant whipped cream with cold water (in other dishes) and shake by using medium speed until stiff, then mix into the avocado mixture, stirring until blended.
- Serve pancakes with whipped cream avocado.
