TOFU SATAY

Material :

Wowww Food (Tofu Satay)
Tofu Satay
-    Tofu (to taste)
-    1 - 2 bottles of Sweet Soy Sauce
-    Cooking Oil (to taste)
-    Skewers Satay (to taste)

Ground Spices Material :

-    3 pieces of Big Red Chilli
-    15 pieces of Hot Green Chilli
-    200 gr of Fried Peanuts (puree)
-    5 cloves of Red Onion
-    3 cloves of Garlic
-    1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
-    Salt (to taste)
-    Flavoring (to taste)
-    Water (enough)

How to make :

-    Stir-fry all spices on top of a pan until smelled nice. Use medium heat to avoid scorching.
-    Pour little by little the water into a pan filled with fine spices until thickened. Do not get too thin.

-    Add the brown sugar, salt and flavor to the pan, then mix well. Then lift it up.
-    Stir the tofu with a skewer. If the size of the tofu is too large, you can cut tofu until it becomes the desired size.
-    Burn the sate on charcoal. Or you can use a grill with a burner stove for faster burning process. If it is all cooked, drain.
-    Place satay tofu on a plate and then flush with peanut sauce. Add soy sauce and fried onions.
-    Satay Tofu is ready to be enjoyed.

SPECIAL CHICKEN PORRIDGE

Material :

Wowww Food (Special Chicken Porridge)
Special Chicken Porridge
-    300 gr of Rice
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
-    2 cloves of Red Onion (puree)
-    1 clove of Garlic (puree)
-    2 stalks of Spring Onions (finely chopped)
-    2 pieces of Candlenut (puree)
-    1 teaspoon of Salt
-    Water (adjust)
-    Chicken Meat in shredded (adjust)
-    Pepper Powder (adjust)
-    Soy Sauce (adjust)
-    Flavoring Flavor (adjust)
-    Cooking Oil (adjust)

Supplementary Material :

-    Fried Red Onions
-    Fried Peanuts
-    Chilli Sauces
-    Crackers

How to make :

-    Make Porridge : Rice in washing first until clean with running water. If it is clean, soak the rice for 40 minutes

-    Prepare the pot, water input and boil until cooked and boiling. Add rice that has been soaked into the water being cooked, cook the rice until it becomes porridge in general while stirring until cooked.
-    Make Sauce : Heat cooking oil and saute seasoning that has been pureed until smelled nice while stirring. Put water, soy sauce, stir well and add pepper powder, flavoring and salt. Stir well and cook until done.
-    How to present : Provide bowls, porridge input as much as two big tablespoons of vegetables, sprinkle spring onion, fried peanuts, chicken shredded, crackers and chilli sauces. Pour the sauce, soy sauce according to taste, last sprinkle with fried onions.
-    Chicken Porridge ready to serve and enjoy.

TOFU BEEF WITH BBQ SAUCE

Material :

Wowww Food (Tofu Beef With BBQ Sauce)
Tofu Beef  With BBQ Sauce
-    2 pieces of White Tofu (8 x 8 x 4 cm)
-    1 clove of Garlic (grated)
-    ½ teaspoon of Salt
-    Cooking Oil

Sauce Material :

-    1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
-    50 gr of Big Onion (chopped)
-    1 clove of Garlic (chopped)
-    200 gr of Beef (minced)
-    2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
-    1 tablespoon of Chili Sauce
-    1 tablespoon of BBQ Sauce
-    100 ml of Water
-    ½ teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder
-    1 teaspoon of Salt

How to make :

Tofu Beef  With BBQ Sauce
-    Cut the length of the tofu in half and cut it in half.
-    Smear it with garlic and salt until smooth.
-    Fry in hot oil until brownish yellow. Lift and drain.
-    Sauces : saute big onions and garlic until smelled nice.
-    Put the minced beef, stir until it changes color and dry.
-    Add spices and other ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.
-    Lift.
-    Put the tofu on a serving plate. Pour Sauce on it. Serve warm.
-    For 6 person.

-    2 pieces of White Tofu (box cut and half-baked fries)
-    1 piece of Carrots (halved and sloped)
-    100 gr of Shrimp (peeled skin)
-    100 gr of Green Cabbage (cut 3 cm)
-    1 piece of Tomato (cut rough)
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion
-    2 stalks of Celery Leaf
-    2 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
-    6 cloves of Red Onion (finely sliced)
-    ½ teaspoon of Fine Pepper
-    ½ teaspoon of Fine Nutmeg
-    250 ml of Water
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    Salt (to taste)

How to make :

Tofu Soup
-    Heat oil, saute garlic and onion until smelled nice.
-    Put the carrots and shrimp, mix well until cooked and the shrimp change color.
-    Put the spring onion, celery, pepper, nutmeg and water. Stir well and reduce the heat to let the sauce boil.
-    Put the tofu, mustard and tomato. Stir well, leave for 3 minutes and remove.
