SEOLLEONGTANG

Main Materials :

Wowww Food (Seolleongtang)
Seolleongtang
-    1 kg of Beef Bone
-    5 lt of Water
-    ½ kg of Beef Brisket
-    1 kg of Beef Legs

Seasonings and Additional Materials :

-    100 gr of Spring Onions
-    80 gr of Dry Noodles (thin)
-    Salt (to taste)
-    Pepper (to taste)

How to make :

How to Process Materials :
-    Soak and wash the bones, meat and beef legs into the running water to clean the dirt or blood.
-    Put that the all materials into a large pot and add water until all the ingredients are submerged.
-    Boil that the all material until cooked and dirt including the foam to float and discard the foam.

How to make :
-    Rinse the all material, then boil it back with fresh water or clean water over medium heat.
-    Reduce the heat of the stove to medium after boiling. Then boil back for 5 - 6 hours.
-    Boil ± 1 hour for brisket beef and remove from the pot.
-    Thinly slice the green onion and boil the thin dry noodles.
-    Water boiled noodles have been boiling, add water if a little dry. Repeat the same step about 5 times to remove the flour on the surface of the noodles.
-    Put the noodle into a serving bowl.
-    Put the meat on it. Pour the sauce (to taste) that has been boiled for 5 - 6 hours into the bowl. Add also the spring onions that are already in the sliced.
-    Spice up with salt and pepper.
-    Number of Servings : 10 person.

GGAKDUGI

Main Materials :

Wowww Food (Ggakdugi)
Ggakdugi
-    2 pieces of Chineese Radish (medium)
-    6 tablespoons of Salt
-    2 cups of Water
-    50 gr of Spring Onions
-    2 tablespoons of Sugar

Seasonings Material :

-    100 ml of Vegetable Broth (made from : 1/3 pieces of Pear, 1/3 pieces of Spanish Onions, 100 gr of Chineese Radish and 70 gr of Rice Remaining)
-    200 gr of Chilli Red Powder
-    4 tablespoons of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    1 ½ tablespoons of Japanese Apricot Juice
-    1 teaspoon of Ginger (finely chopped)
-    1 tablespoon of Sugar
-    3 tablespoons of Fish Paste (melted)
-    3 tablespoons of Shrimp Paste (melted)

How to make :

-    Clean and cut chineese radish with size 2 cm.
-    Dissolve 4 tablespoons of salt with 2 cups water, stir until blended and the salt water input into the pieces of radish. Then let stand for ± 2 hours. Then rinse with cold water. Lift and strain.
-    Cut the spring onions with size 5 cm.
-    Milled all the vegetable broth materials (as mentioned) until smooth.
-    Mix the soft vegetable broth together with other spices in the container.
-    Add piece the chineese radish and spring onions to the spice mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
-    Place the radishes that have been mixed into the spices in a closed place. Let stand at room temperature for ± 1 day. Then input into the refrigerator.
-    Number of Servings : 10 person.
