How to make :
How to Process Materials :
- Soak and wash
the bones, meat and beef legs into the
running water to clean the dirt or blood.
- Put that the all materials
into a large pot
and add water until all the ingredients are submerged.
- Boil that the all material until
cooked and dirt including the foam to float and discard the foam.
How to make :
- Rinse the all material, then boil it back with fresh water or
clean water over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat
of the stove to medium after boiling. Then boil back for 5 - 6 hours.
- Boil ± 1 hour
for brisket beef and remove from the pot.
- Thinly slice the
green onion and boil the thin dry noodles.
- Water boiled
noodles have been boiling, add water if a little dry. Repeat the same step
about 5 times to remove the flour on the surface of the noodles.
- Put the noodle into
a serving bowl.
- Put the meat on
it. Pour the sauce (to taste) that has been boiled for 5 - 6 hours into the
bowl. Add also the spring onions that are already
in the sliced.
- Spice up with salt and
pepper.
