(take white and finely sliced)
- 2 sheets of Bay Leaf
- ½ teaspoon of White Pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Black Pepper
- 5 pieces of Candlenut
- 1/8 piece of Nut Seed
(grated)
- 2 pieces of Dried Cloves
- 2 pieces of Shrimp Paste (burn)
- 1 piece of Tomato (sliced)

- Lime Leaf (to

How to make :
How to Make The Genep Small Spices :
- Cuts
all spices materials for easy grind (except
tomatoes and lemongrass) and stir-fry all the spices.
How to Make Brengkes Fish :
- Wash fish meat,
discard bone and chop or grind until smooth.
- Mix even the genep small spices with coconut
milk, sugar and salt.
- Mix fish meat
that has been in the puree with a mixture of genep small spices and
coconut milk.
- Pour the fish
dough to taste in banana leaf, give 1 sheet
of lime leaf and 1 bay leaf,
wrap and stitch with wood stick.
- Steamed until
cooked.
- The Balinese Brengkes Fish
ready to serve.
