STEAMED SALMON WITH SOY SAUCE

Material :

Wowww Food (Steamed Salmon With Soy Sauce)-    250 gr of Fish Salmon Fillet
-    ½ cloves of Big Onion (small box iris)
-    8 cloves of Garlic (small box iris)
-    2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce
-    2 pieces of Small Red Chili
-    200 ml of Mineral Water

How to make :

Wowww Food (Steamed Salmon With Soy Sauce)-    Put the fish salmon fillet, big onion slices, garlic and small red chilli into a steamed apparatus.
-    Put the fish sauce, add water.
-    Steam for ± 30 minutes. Then lift.
-    Steamed Salmon With Soy Sauce Sauce delicious ready to serve.

STEAMED RICE OF MUTTON

Material :

Wowww Food (Steamed Rice of Mutton)-    1 kg of Fluffier Rice (wash and drain)
-    300 gr of Mutton Meat (small pieces)
-    4 tablespoons of Margarine / Oil Samin
-    500 ml of Water
-    750 ml of Liquid Milk or Coconut Milk
-    150 gr of Big Onions (finely chopped)
-    10 cm of Cinnamon
-    ½ piece of Nutmeg Seeds (fry)
-    8 pieces of Cardamom Seeds
-    5 pieces of Cloves

Ground Spices Material :

-    10 cloves of Red Onion
-    5 cloves of Garlic
-    4 cm of Ginger
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper Grains (sangria)
-    1½ tablespoons of Coriander (sangria)
-    2 teaspoons of Salt

Supplementary Material :

-    Pickles (cucumbers, carrots and pineapples)
-    Fried Onions
-    Raisins

How to make :

Wowww Food (Steamed Rice of Mutton)-    Preheat margarine or samin oil and add all the ground spices and stir-fry with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Stir until smelled nice.
-    Put the mutton meat and cook until cooked and stiff
-    Then put the water and cook again until almost cooked and the water runs out
-    Then steam the rice until half cooked and put the rice in a pan containing liquid milk or coconut milk.
-    Put the pan on the fire while in stirring, enter the mutton meat, stir well until milk or coconut milk runs out, then lift
-    Steam for another 30 minutes, lift and serve with complement.

STEAMED RICE OF CHICKEN

Material :

-    500 gr of Fluffier Rice (wash and drain)
-    4 cm of Cinnamon

-    ½ piece of Chicken (cuts)
-    600 ml of Chicken Broth
-    3 tablespoons of Butter / Oil Samin
-    2 pieces of Cardamom Seeds
-    3 pieces of Clove Seeds

Ground Spices Material :

-    2 teaspoons of Coriander
-    ½ teaspoon of Cumin Seed
-    1 teaspoon of Pepper Grains
-    8 cloves of Red Onion
-    6 cloves of Garlic
-    2 cm of Ginger
-    2 teaspoons of Salt

Supplementary Material :

-    Fried Onion
-    Pineapple Cut
-    Raisins

How to make :

-    Take the rice and steam into the steamed medium until half cooked.
-    Sauté the all ground spices using butter or samin oil, saute until smelled good.
-    Then put the chicken until stiff.
-    Then add the rice and stir again, pour the chicken broth.
-    Cook until the water has been sucked out rice, lift.
-    Put into the steamed and steamed apparatus until cooked, remove and serve with complementary material.

STEAMED RICE HAINAM WITH SAUCE CHICKEN FLAVOR

Rice Ingredients :


-    2 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
-    2 cm of Ginger (tossed)
-    3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
-    400 gr of Rice
-    550 ml of Chicken Broth
-    2 ½ teaspoons of Salt

Boiled Chicken ingredients :

-    3 cm of Ginger (in puree for rubbing)
-    1 teaspoon of Salt (for spread)
-    1 whole of Chicken Meat
-    1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil (for chicken spread)
-    3 cm of Ginger (puree for spread)
-    3 cm of Ginger (tossed)
-    1 teaspoon of Salt (for spread)
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion (cut 1 cm)
-    1.5 lt of Water
-    5 teaspoons of Salt
-    ¼ teaspoon of Sugar

Sauce ingredients :

-    1.3 lt of Chicken Broth (from chicken stew)
-    250 gr of Chayote (box cut 2 cm)
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder

How to make :

Rice : saute garlic and ginger in a mixture of sesame oil and cooking oil until smelled nice.
-    Add rice stir until blended and apply sesame oil.
-    Add chicken and salt broth and steam up to 20 minutes.
Chicken Boil : apply chicken with a mixture of ginger, salt and sesame oil.
-    Put the ginger, spring onion, salt until chicken cockle. Try to soak and boil 20 minutes Cut chicken then serve with gravy and rice.
