Material :
- 300 gr of Mutton Meat
(small pieces)
- 4 tablespoons of Margarine / Oil Samin
- 500 ml of Water
- 750 ml of Liquid Milk or
Coconut Milk
- 150 gr of Big Onions (finely
chopped)
- 10 cm of Cinnamon
- ½ piece of Nutmeg Seeds (fry)
- 8 pieces of Cardamom Seeds
- 5 pieces of Cloves
Ground Spices
Material :
- 10 cloves of Red
Onion
- 5 cloves of Garlic
- 4 cm of Ginger
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper Grains
(sangria)
- 1½ tablespoons of Coriander
(sangria)
- 2 teaspoons of Salt
Supplementary Material :
- Pickles
(cucumbers, carrots and pineapples)
- Fried Onions
- Raisins
How to make :
- Preheat
margarine or samin oil and add all the ground spices and
stir-fry with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Stir until smelled nice.
- Put the mutton meat and cook until cooked and stiff
- Then put
the water and cook again until almost cooked and the water runs out
- Then steam the
rice until half cooked and put the rice in a pan containing liquid milk or
coconut milk.
- Put the pan on
the fire while in stirring, enter the mutton meat, stir well
until milk or coconut milk runs out, then lift
- Steam for
another 30 minutes, lift and serve with complement.
