STEAMED RICE OF CHICKEN

Material :

-    500 gr of Fluffier Rice (wash and drain)
-    4 cm of Cinnamon
-    ¼ piece of Nutmeg (crushed)
-    2 stalks of Lemongrass (crushed)
-    ½ piece of Chicken (cuts)
-    600 ml of Chicken Broth
-    3 tablespoons of Butter / Oil Samin
-    2 pieces of Cardamom Seeds
-    3 pieces of Clove Seeds

Ground Spices Material :

-    2 teaspoons of Coriander
-    ½ teaspoon of Cumin Seed
-    1 teaspoon of Pepper Grains
-    8 cloves of Red Onion
-    6 cloves of Garlic
-    2 cm of Ginger
-    2 teaspoons of Salt

Supplementary Material :

-    Fried Onion
-    Pineapple Cut
-    Raisins

How to make :

-    Take the rice and steam into the steamed medium until half cooked.
-    Sauté the all ground spices using butter or samin oil, saute until smelled good.
-    Then put the chicken until stiff.
-    Then add the rice and stir again, pour the chicken broth.
-    Cook until the water has been sucked out rice, lift.
-    Put into the steamed and steamed apparatus until cooked, remove and serve with complementary material.
