THE BALINESE CHICKEN PELALAH

Main Materials :

-   2 pieces of Chicken Breast
-   1 piece of Lime (take the water)

Ground Spice Materials :

-   5 cloves of Red Onion
-   6 cloves of Garlic
-   3 cm of Kaempferia Galanga
-   3 cm of Galangal
-   3 grains of Candlenut
-   3 cm of Turmeric
-   2 stalks of Lemongrass (finely sliced)
-   1 sheet of Bay Leaf
-   4 pieces of Cayenne Pepper
-   1 teaspoon of Salt
-   25 gr of Brown Sugar

Sauce Materials :

-   5 cloves of Red Onion (finely sliced and dry fried)
-   5 cloves of Garlic (finely sliced and fried dry)
-   3 pieces of Red Chilli (finely sliced and fried)
-   1 piece of Tomato
-   1 teaspoon of Fried Shrimp Paste

How to make :

-   Dressing the chicken breast with spices that have been in puree until correct flat.

-    6 pieces of Green Cayenne Pepper
-    7 cloves of Garlic
-    12 cloves of Red Onion
-    4 pieces of Lime Leaf

How to make :
