CRISPY FRIED RICE

Material :

 

Crispy Fried Rice

-    400 gr of White Rice

-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs

-    1 slice of Chicken Thigh (in bone and cut in thin pieces)

-    3 tablespoons of Flour Seasoning (versatile)

-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

-    1 teaspoon of Margarine

-    1 pack of Flavor Seasonings

-    Salt and Pepper (to taste)

How to make :

-    Heat cooking oil and margarine in the pan. After the heat, insert the eggs then in the stir-fry until the eggs are cooked, put the rice and flavorings into the pan. Stir until all ingredients are well blended. Set aside on a serving plate first.

Crispy Fried Rice

-    How to process the pieces of chicken that is in smear it with salt and pepper, then the chicken dipped into egg white and then wrapped with versatile seasoning flour while pressed one by one in order not sticky.

-    Heat the oil and then fry the chicken was until brownish yellow.

-    After the chicken is cooked, sprinkle over the fried rice that has been on the serving plate before, Crispy Fried Rice ready to eat!

MANGO FRIED RICE

Material :

Mango Fried Rice

-    500 gr of White Rice

-    3 pieces of Meatball Beef, Chicken or Fish (according to taste, in small box cut)

-    1 piece of Mango raw (in small box cut)

-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (on thinly sliced, cut into small pieces and add salt and pepper to taste)

-    ½ piece of Carrots (in small box cut)

-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

-    1 teaspoon of Margarine

-    1 pack of Flavor Seasonings

How to make :

-    Heat oil with margarine simultaneously then enter the carrot, cook until the carrots are cooked and then add the meatballs and then enter the mango, white rice, and spices. Stir until the marinade blends well and then turn the fire off.

-    Serve Mango Fried Rice on a serving plate and then sprinkle a scrambled egg on top of it. Mango Fried Rice is ready to be served.
