VEGETABLES FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww  Food (Vegetables Fried Rice)-    400 gr of White Rice (cold)
-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs
-    ½ piece of Tomato (in cored and in small box cut)
-    5 pieces of Green Beans (cut into 1 cm)
-    1 tablespoon of Sweet Corn (cooked)
-    1 stalk of Spring Onions
-    ½ piece of Carrots (in small box cut)
-    1 pack of Flavor Seasonings
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    1 teaspoon of Margarine

How to make :

Wowww  Food (Vegetables Fried Rice)-    Heat the cooking oil mixed with margarine, put the carrots, green beans and spring onions and stir-fry until cooked. Then, add sweet corn and tomatoes and stir-fry until cooked. After that enter the eggs, cook until cooked and then add the rice and flavor seasoning. Stir until the spices are well blended.
-    Fried Rice Vegetables are ready. Can also add a complement such as crackers, fried onions or pickles.

ANCHOVY FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Anchovy Fried Rice)-    500 gr of White Rice (cold)
-    2 pieces of Chicken Eggs
-    2 tablespoons of Anchovy (washed and fried in advance)
-    2 stems of Green Cabbage or Mustard Green (cut into 3 cm)
-    ½ slice of Chicken Breast (sprinkled with salt and pepper, smear it then fried until turned yellow and in Shredded ).
-    1 pack of Flavor Seasonings
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    1 teaspoon of Margarine

How to make :

Wowww Food (Anchovy Fried Rice)-    Heat the oil mixed with margarine then enter the egg, cook until the egg is cooked. Add the vegetables and saute again until the vegetables are cooked and then add white rice and flavorings. Stir until all the ingredients blend perfectly.
-    Finally enter anchovies that have been fried first and stir until blended.
-    Once everything is well blended, Fried Anchovy Rice is ready to serve with a sprinkling of chicken on top, Can also add sliced red hot chilli, crackers and pickles.

TUMERIC FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Tumeric Fried Rice)
Tumeric Fried Rice
- 3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Margarine
- 150 gr of Medium Fresh Prawns (in peeled and cut into 2 parts)
- 2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (shake)
- 5 cm of Tumeric (puree)
- 600 gr of White Rice
- 1 pack of Flavor Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of Onion Leaf (finely sliced)
- Thin Omelette Eggs (from 2 eggs + ½ teaspoon of salt), in rolls and sliced finely
- Fried Onion (for sprinkling)

How to make :

Tumeric Fried Rice
-    Heat oil and margarine, saute the shrimp to change color and enter the eggs, stir-fry until cooked and cooked.
-    Add tumeric, saute until cooked and then add rice, flavor seasoning, and onion leaf. Cook until seasoning blends with rice.

SALTED FISH FRIED RICE

Material :

Wowww Food (Salted Fish Fried Rice)
-    50 gr of Salted Fish Catfish (cut box 1 cm and fried)
-    400 gr of White Rice
-    2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
-    1 pack of Seasonings
-    3 piece of Chicken Egg (in shake)

How to make :

Wowww Food (Salted Fish Fried Rice)-    Heat the cooking oil. Add the eggs, stir and stir well.
-    Add white rice and seasonings, stir well. Add salted fish, mix well. Lift.
-    Serve immediately with white crackers.

MAWUT FRIED RICE

Material :

-    2 plates of White Rice
-    2 pieces of Cabbage Leaf (finely sliced)
-    100 gr of Fresh Noodles
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion (sliced)
-    3 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
-    2 stalks of Celery Leaf (finely sliced)
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    ½ teaspoon of Instant Chicken Powder Broth

Ground Spice Material :

-    3 pieces of Red Chili
-    5 cloves of Red Onion
-    3 cloves of Garlic
-    1 teaspoon of Shrimp Paste (cooked)
-    2 teaspoons of Salt

Complementary :

-    Fried Chicken, Fried Onion, Fried Egg, Pickled Cucumber and Crackers.

How to make :

-    Heat the oil, saute the spices in puree until smelled. Put the cabbage leaf, spring onion, celery leaf, white rice, and fresh noodles, mix well.
-    Put chicken powder broth and sweet soy sauce mixture, stir well. Cook until the spices are evenly distributed, cooked, raised.
-    Serve warm, complete with complement.

Material :

Wowww Food (Malaysian Fried Rice)-    500 gr of White Rice
-    ¾ cup of Cooking Oil
-    2 pieces of Carrots (cut into boxes)
-    125 gr of Shrimp (in peel)
-    125 gr of Chicken Meat (cut into box)
-    250 gr of Long Beans
-    Salt (to taste)
-    Pepper (to taste)
-    Omelette Egg (made from 2 eggs, roll and cut)
-    60 gr of Celery Leaf
-    125 gr of Lettuce Leaf (cut)
-    2 tablespoons of Fried Onion
-    2 pieces of Klepir Seeds
-    1 teaspoon of Nonet Crust

Ground Spice Material :

-    2 cloves of Garlic
-    5 cloves of Red Onion
-    3 pieces of Red Chili
-    1 teaspoon of Shrimp Paste (burned)

How to make :

Material :

Wowww Food (Petai and Chicken Gizzard Fried Rice)-    400 gr of Cold White Rice
-    2 piece of Chicken Eggs
-    2 piece of Chicken Gizzard (boiled, cut and fried for a while)
-    1 board of Petai (in peeled and halved)
-    1 pack of Flavor Seasonings
-    2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    1 teaspoon of Margarine
-    Salt and pepper (to taste)

How to make :

Wowww Food (Petai and Chicken Gizzard Fried Rice)-    Heat the cooking oil mixed with margarine and enter the egg. Stir until the eggs are cooked then enter the chicken gizzard and petai, cook again until cooked and then add the cold white rice and flavor seasoning. Stir until all the ingredients blend well.

TOM YAM FRIED RICE


Material :

Wowww Food (Tom Yam Fried Rice)-    800 gr of Cold White Rice
-    4 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    4 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    6 pieces of Big Red Chilli (cut)
-    150 gr of Shrimp (peeled skin)
-    150 gr of Mushroom (split)
-    2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce

Ground Spices Material :

-    8 pieces of Red Onion
-    4 pieces of Curly Red Chilli
-    3 stalks of Coriander
-    4 pieces of Lime Leaf
-    2 stalks of Lemongrass (white portion)
-    1 teaspoon of Shrimp paste
-    1 teaspoon of Salt

Complementary :

-    Coriander leaf

How to make :

Wowww Food (Tom Yam Fried Rice)-    Describe the rice using a fork so as not to clot, set aside.
-    Heat cooking oil in a skillet, saute garlic until smelled nice. Enter the ground spices, stir until the smell nice comes out, enter the big red chilli.
-    Enter the shrimp and mushrooms, stir until the shrimp change color and mushrooms cooked, add fish sauce, stirring.
-    Enter the rice, stir until all the ingredients are well blended and cooked, lift.
-    Set a Tom Yam Fried Rice on a serving plate, sprinkle with cilantro.
-    Serve while hot.
