Material :
Tumeric Fried Rice |
- 3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Margarine
- 150 gr of Medium Fresh Prawns (in
peeled and cut into 2 parts)
- 2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (shake)
- 5 cm of Tumeric (puree)
- 600 gr of White Rice
- 1 pack of Flavor Seasonings

2 tablespoons of Onion Leaf (finely
sliced)
- Thin Omelette Eggs
(from 2 eggs + ½ teaspoon of salt), in rolls and sliced finely
- Fried Onion
(for sprinkling)
How to make :
Tumeric Fried Rice |
- Heat oil and margarine, saute the shrimp to
change color and enter the eggs, stir-fry until cooked and cooked.
- Add tumeric, saute until cooked and then add
rice, flavor seasoning, and onion leaf. Cook until seasoning blends with rice.
- Serve with a sprinkling of omelette and fried
onions.
