FISH SOUP

Material :

-    60 gr of Fish Snapper (cut box)
-    300 ml of Chicken Broth
-    1 piece of Chicken Egg (shake off)
-    1 clove of Garlic (puree)
-    Pepper Powder (to taste)
-    ½ segment of Ginger (crushing)
-    Salt (to taste)
-    Sesame Oil (to taste)
-    1 stalk of Parsley Leaf (puree)
-    Cooking Oil (to taste)

How to make :

-    Heat the chicken broth to boiling.
-    Stir-fry ginger and garlic until smelled nice.
-    After boiling broth, add the ginger and garlic stir-fry. Then slowly insert the eggs that have been in whisk while stirring. Wait until it boils back.
-    Put the fish snapper pieces, add powdered powder and salt. Stir well.
-    Put the leaf of parsley, stir briefly. Lift and serve.

SPECIAL OXTAIL SOUP

Material :


-    750 gr Ox Tail (boiled until tender)
-    2 stalks of Spring Onions (sliced)
-    2 stalks of Celery (sliced)
-    250 gr of Carrots (cut round)
-    2 tablespoons of Sliced Fried Red Onion
-    1 cm of Cinnamon
-    5 pieces of Cloves
-    1 tablespoon of Flavored Flavor

Ground Spices Material :

-    7 cloves of Red Onion
-    6 cloves of Garlic
-    ½ teaspoon of Sugar
-    1 teaspoon of Pepper
-    1 teaspoon of Salt

How to make :

-    Stir fry the all ground spices, then add cinnamon and cloves, stir until smell nice. Remove it, then put it into the oxtail stew. Stir.
-    Put the carrot pieces, stir briefly and cook until cooked. Then add celery, spring onions, sugar and flavorings.
-    Lift, pour into the dish, sprinkle the fried red onion that has been in the fry. Serve.

CHICKEN SPICE WITH TOMATOES SAUCE

Material :

-    500 gr of Chicken Fillet
-    2 tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
-    ¼ teaspoon of Sugar
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper
-    Cooking Oil (to taste)

Dressing Flour Material :

-    100 gr of Wheat Flour
-    1 pieces of Chicken egg
-    100 gr of Bread Crumb

Tomato Sauce Material :

-    2 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
-    3 pieces of Tomatoes (blender)
-    ½ teaspoon of Sugar
-    1 tablespoon of Flavored Flavor
-    2 tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
-    1 tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
-    100 cc of Water

How to make :

-    Mix chicken fillet meat with pepper, worcester sauce and sugar. Then let stand for 15 minutes to spice up.
-    Dress the chicken fillet meat with wheat flour, then dip into the eggs, lift and dressing again with bread crumb. Then fry until brownish yellow.
-    For Sauces: Sauteed tomatoes and garlic. Put the worcester sauce, sugar, flavorings, tomato sauce and water until boiling.
-    Prepare a plate, put the chicken fillet meat and then sprinkle tomato sauce on the top a piece of chicken fillet meat. Serve.
