CHICKEN SPICE WITH TOMATOES SAUCE

Material :

-    500 gr of Chicken Fillet
-    2 tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
-    ¼ teaspoon of Sugar
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper
-    Cooking Oil (to taste)

Dressing Flour Material :

-    100 gr of Wheat Flour
-    1 pieces of Chicken egg
-    100 gr of Bread Crumb

Tomato Sauce Material :

-    2 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
-    3 pieces of Tomatoes (blender)
-    ½ teaspoon of Sugar
-    1 tablespoon of Flavored Flavor
-    2 tablespoons of Worcester Sauce
-    1 tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
-    100 cc of Water

How to make :

-    Mix chicken fillet meat with pepper, worcester sauce and sugar. Then let stand for 15 minutes to spice up.
-    Dress the chicken fillet meat with wheat flour, then dip into the eggs, lift and dressing again with bread crumb. Then fry until brownish yellow.
-    For Sauces: Sauteed tomatoes and garlic. Put the worcester sauce, sugar, flavorings, tomato sauce and water until boiling.
-    Prepare a plate, put the chicken fillet meat and then sprinkle tomato sauce on the top a piece of chicken fillet meat. Serve.
