STEAMED RICE HAINAM WITH SAUCE CHICKEN FLAVOR

Rice Ingredients :


-    2 cloves of Garlic (crushed)
-    2 cm of Ginger (tossed)
-    3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
-    2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
-    400 gr of Rice
-    550 ml of Chicken Broth
-    2 ½ teaspoons of Salt

Boiled Chicken ingredients :

-    3 cm of Ginger (in puree for rubbing)
-    1 teaspoon of Salt (for spread)
-    1 whole of Chicken Meat
-    1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil (for chicken spread)
-    3 cm of Ginger (puree for spread)
-    3 cm of Ginger (tossed)
-    1 teaspoon of Salt (for spread)
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion (cut 1 cm)
-    1.5 lt of Water
-    5 teaspoons of Salt
-    ¼ teaspoon of Sugar

Sauce ingredients :

-    1.3 lt of Chicken Broth (from chicken stew)
-    250 gr of Chayote (box cut 2 cm)
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder

How to make :

Rice : saute garlic and ginger in a mixture of sesame oil and cooking oil until smelled nice.
-    Add rice stir until blended and apply sesame oil.
-    Add chicken and salt broth and steam up to 20 minutes.
Chicken Boil : apply chicken with a mixture of ginger, salt and sesame oil.
-    Put the ginger, spring onion, salt until chicken cockle. Try to soak and boil 20 minutes Cut chicken then serve with gravy and rice.
