How to make :
- Make Porridge :
Rice in washing first until clean with running water. If it is clean, soak the
rice for 40 minutes
Special Chicken Porridge |
- Prepare the pot,
water input and boil until cooked and boiling. Add rice that has been soaked
into the water being cooked, cook the rice until it becomes porridge in general
while stirring until cooked.
- Make Sauce :
Heat cooking oil and saute seasoning that has been pureed until smelled nice while stirring. Put water, soy sauce,
stir well and add pepper powder, flavoring and salt. Stir well and cook until
done.
- How to present :
Provide bowls, porridge input as much as two big tablespoons
of vegetables, sprinkle spring onion, fried peanuts,
chicken shredded, crackers and chilli sauces.
Pour the sauce, soy sauce according to taste, last sprinkle with
fried onions.
