Material :
Tofu Soup |
- 2 pieces of White Tofu (box cut and
half-baked fries)
- 1 piece of Carrots (halved and sloped)
- 100 gr of Shrimp (peeled skin)
- 100 gr of Green Cabbage (cut 3 cm)
- 1 piece of Tomato (cut rough)
- 1 stalk of Spring Onion
- 2 stalks of Celery Leaf
- 2 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
- 6 cloves of Red Onion (finely sliced)
- ½ teaspoon of Fine Pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Fine Nutmeg
- 250 ml of Water
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
- Salt (to taste)
How to make :
Tofu Soup |
- Heat oil, saute
garlic and onion until smelled nice.
- Put the carrots
and shrimp, mix well until cooked and the shrimp change color.
- Put the spring
onion, celery, pepper, nutmeg and water. Stir well and reduce the heat to let
the sauce boil.
- Put the tofu,
mustard and tomato. Stir well, leave for 3 minutes and remove.
