Tofu Satay |
- Tofu (to taste)
- 1 - 2 bottles of Sweet Soy Sauce
- Cooking Oil (to
taste)
- Skewers Satay
(to taste)
Ground Spices
Material :
- 3 pieces of Big Red Chilli
- 15 pieces of Hot Green Chilli
- 200 gr of Fried Peanuts (puree)
- 5 cloves of Red Onion
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
- Salt (to taste)
- Flavoring (to
taste)
- Water (enough)
How to make :
- Stir-fry all
spices on top of a pan until smelled nice. Use medium heat to avoid scorching.
- Pour little by
little the water into a pan filled with fine spices until thickened. Do not get
too thin.
Tofu Satay |
- Add the brown
sugar, salt and flavor to the pan, then mix well. Then lift it up.
- Stir the tofu
with a skewer. If the size of the tofu is too large, you can cut tofu until it
becomes the desired size.
- Burn the sate
on charcoal. Or you can use a grill with a burner stove for faster burning
process. If it is all cooked, drain.
- Place satay
tofu on a plate and then flush with peanut sauce. Add soy sauce and fried
onions.
- Satay Tofu is
ready to be enjoyed.
