- 1 kg Beef and Leg Bones
- 20 pieces of Green Chili
- 6 pieces of Tamarind (raw)
- 1 stick of Lemongrass
- 1 piece of Ginger

How to make :
- Boiled beef and leg bones up into a pot until half cooked and tender.
- Remove the meat cooking water by means of drained. Then reinsert the boiled water into the pot and return the beef and leg bones that has been cooked, it is intended to reduce fat meat in gravy dishes.
- Boil until boiling, add green chili, tamarind, flavor and salt to taste.
- Cover the pot and boil again until beef and leg bones thoroughly cooked and the marinade well blended.
- Serve with hot conditions.
