RICA OF SKIPJACK TUNA FISH



Material :
  •  400 gr of Skipjack Tuna Fish, (at cut into 4 parts)
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Water Lime
  • 3 pieces of Lime Leaf (cut into slices)
  • 1 piece of Tomato (small pieces)
  • 5 shoots of Basil
  • Cooking Oil (sufficiently) 
Seasoning Blend Crude Materials :
  • 4 cloves of Red Onions
  • 5 pieces of Red Chilli
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 cm of Ginger
  • 2 stalks of Lemongrass (cut into slices)
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt

How to make :
  1. Marinate the skipjack tuna with lime water and salt, let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Fried that fish until done.
  3. Stir-fry seasoning blend crude materials until nice smell, then enter the lime leaf, tomatoes, sugar and salt, mix well.
  4. Enter the fried fish and basil and stir.
  5. Remove and serve.
