Material :
- 400 gr of Skipjack Tuna Fish, (at cut into 4 parts)
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Water Lime
- 3 pieces of Lime Leaf (cut into slices)
- 1 piece of Tomato (small pieces)
- 5 shoots of Basil
- Cooking Oil (sufficiently)
Seasoning Blend Crude Materials :
- 4 cloves of Red Onions
- 5 pieces of Red Chilli
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 3 cm of Ginger
- 2 stalks of Lemongrass (cut into slices)

How to make :
