- 1 whole of Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
- 4 pieces of Lime Leaf (exhaust bones)
- 2 stalks of Lemongrass (take the white inside and crushed)
- 1 ½ teaspoon of Salt
- 2 teaspoons of Sugar
- 100 ml of Condensed Coconut Milk (from ½ coconut)
- 400 ml of Watery Coconut Milk (the rest of thick condensed coconut milk)
- 2 rod of Onion Leaf (cut size 1 cm)
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (stir-fry)
- ½ teaspoon of Water Lime
Seasoning Ingredients in Blend :
- 12 cloves of Red Onions
- 2 cm of Turmeric (burned)
- 3 pieces of Big Red Chilli
- 2 pieces of Curly Chilli Red
- 3 pieces of Red Hot Chilli
- 4 grains of Candlenut (roasted)
- 2 cm of Ginger
How to make :
- Marinate the chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon of lime water. Let stand for ± 20 minutes.
- Heat oil and stir-fry all the spices and add the lime leaf and lemongrass until nice smell, then add the chicken and stir until it changes color.
- Enter the watery coconut milk, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling.
- Pour the condensed coconut milk and cook until done. Add the onion leaf and stir until blended. Lift.
- Cook the chicken until browned.
- Remove and serve.
