Material :
- 500 gr of Beef
- 500 gr of Offal and Beef Liver
- 2 ½ liters of Rinse Rice Water (last rinse)
- 250 gr of Peanuts (on roasted, deseeded, puree)
- 5 stalks of Lemongrass (tossed)
- 2 pieces of Galangal (fry)
- 2 cm of Ginger (tossed)
- 5 Sheets Bay Leaf
- 8 pieces of Lime Leaf
- 2 sticks of Cinnamon (cut into 2 cm)
- Vegetable Oil (for stir-fry)
Ground Spices :
- 10 pieces of Red Onions
- 8 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Coriander (Roast in Frying Pan Without Pan)
- ½ teaspoon of Cuminum
- ½ tablespoon of Pepper
- ½ pieces of Nutmeg
- Salt (to taste)
How to make :
- Boil all the meat with rinse rice water. Enter lemongrass, galangal, ginger, bay leaf, lime leaf, cinnamon. Cook until cooked and then remove and drain.
- Offal and beef liver should be boiled separately with ordinary water so that the sauce is not too fishy.
- Then cut into small box shape or according to the taste of meat and offal, beef liver. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil, stir-fry the ground spices until smell goods . Remove and put in the meat stew water. Add the ground peanuts, cook until boiling.
- Prepare a serving bowl, order cuts of meat, offal and beef livers then pour the sauce.
- Sprinkle celery slices, green onions and fried onions.
