Material :
- 1 kg Beef Rib Bone
- 500 gr of Beef Knuckle (knee) (boiled and cuts in square size)
- 2 liters of Water
Ground Spices :
- 8 cloves of Red Onion
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 5 pieces of Candlenut
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Salt
Supplementary Material :
- Fried onions
- Lime
- Condiment / Sambal
Material Condiment / Sambal :
- 7 pieces of Chilli Red
- 100 gr of Peanuts (fried)
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Water Lime
How to make :
- Boiled beef rib bone into the pot, covered, for 15 minutes, then put all the ground spices and beef knuckle.
- Then cook until the sauce boil, remove from heat and remove the beef rib bone from soup.
- Place the soup into serving bowls, then sprinkle with fried onions.
- Make the condiment / sambal too,puree all the ingredients sauces, then give the lime juice and stir well.
- Serve along with condiment / sambal and lemon slices in a separate place.
- Serve immediately.
