Material :
BBQ Soup |
- 500 gr of Shank Beef
- 1.3 lt of Water (for boiling)
- 3 pieces of Bay Leaf
- 2 cm of Galangal (tossed)
- 4 teaspoons of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
- ½ tablespoon of Sugar
- 1 lt of Coconut Milk (from 1 coconut)
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for sauteing)
Ground Spices :
- 10 cloves of Red Onion
- 2 cm of Turmeric
Supplementary Material :
- 2 tablespoons of Fried Onion
- 2 stalks of Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 stalks of Celery Leaf (thinly sliced)
How to make :
- Boil water and meat
until broth and tender. Take the broth of 750 ml. Lift
meat. Cut the box. Set aside.

- Stir fry spices,
bay leaf, lime leaf and
galangal. Put it into the broth. Stir well.
- Put the meat into
the broth. Stir well.
- Add salt, pepper
and sugar. Cook until well done. Pour coconut milk. Cook while stirring until
cooked and boiling.
- Lift meat. Burn the
meat until browned.
- Serve with gravy
and complementary.
