Main Material Soup
:
Beef Soup |
- 20 gr of Tenderloin Beef (box cut)
- 20 gr of Tribe Beef (cut box)
- 20 gr of Intestines Beef (box cut)
- 3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for
sauteing)
- 500 cc of Water
Material Contents :
- 30 gr of Bean Sprouts (soak with hot
water)
Ground Spices
Material :
- 2 stalks of Spring Onions
- 3 cm of Turmeric (burn)
- 3 cm of Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- 1 clove of Garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of Cumin (roasted)
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper
- 3 pieces of Cloves
Supplementary Material
:
- White Rice,
Lime, Sweet Soy Sauce, Shrimp Crackers and Chilli.
Splat Material :
- 1 tablespoon of Spring Onion (thinly
sliced)
- ½ tablespoon of Celery Leaf (thinly
sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of Fried Onion
How to make :
- Heat cooking oil
with frying pan. Saute the finer spices until cooked and smelled nice. Stir
constantly until the spices dry out. Lift.
Beef Soup |
- Boil water with
a pan. Put pieces of beef and other parts. Boil until boiling water and beef
half-baked (± 30 minutes) on a small fire, remove the foam contained in the
broth.
- Put the ground spices.
Boil until the spices soak up ± 15 minutes. Stir well. Lift.
- Serve by the
way: prepare bowl of field. Put the ingredients in, fill with sauce and cuts of
beef. Give the ingredients such as celery and fried onions. Serve heat with
complement.
