Tribe Beef Soup |
- 500 gr of Tribe Beef (wash clean)
- 500 ml of Beef Broth
- 500 ml of Coconut Milk (from ½ coconut)
- 3 tablespoons of Seasoning Soup Instant
Beef (powder)
- 2 pieces of Lime Leaf
- 1 stalk of Lemongrass (crushed)
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to
taste)
- 2 stems of Big Spring Onion (cut 1 cm)
- Fried Onion (to
taste)
- 2 stalks of Celery Leaf (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
Supplementary Material
:
- 2 pieces of Chicken Eggs (boiled)
- Condiment (to
taste)
- 1 piece of Lime
- 2 pieces of Tomatoes (rough cut)
- 5 pieces of Cabbage Leaf (thinly
sliced)
How to make :
Tribe Beef Soup |
- Heat oil, saute
seasoning soup, lime leaf and lemongrass until smelled nice. Put the tripe and
the big spring onion, mix well.
- Pour the beef broth,
bring to a boil.
- Pour the
coconut milk, cook over a low heat while stirring constantly until boiling.
Season with salt and sugar. Lift.
- Arrange cabbage
leaf and tomato in a serving bowl, pour the gravy and tripe sufficiently.
- Sprinkle celery
leaf and fried onions.
- Serve warm with
a complement.
