Material :
- 2 cloves of Garlic (roughly chopped)

- 250 gr of Cabbage (rough sliced)
- 150 gr of Green Cabbage (cut)
- 2 tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Fish Sauce
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
- ¼ teaspoon of Powdered Chicken Broth
- 1 stalk of Spring Onion (finely sliced)
- 100 ml of Water
- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for
sauteing)
Ground spices :
- 5 cloves of Red Onion
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 2 pieces of Red Curly Chilli
How to make :
- Fried rice :
saute garlic until smelled nice. Set aside on the edge of the pan. Put the chicken
eggs. Stir until coarsely grained. Add white rice. Stir well. Put salt and
pepper powder. Stir well. Lift and set aside.
- Sauté :
stir-fry the all spices until smooth. Put of the chicken gizzard and heart,
chicken shred and beef meatballs. Stir well. Add cabbage, green cabbage, sweet
soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, pepper powder and chicken powder broth. Stir well,

Cook until cooked and soaked.
