- 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
- 500 gr of White Rice

Ground spices :
- 2 grains of Candlenut (roasted)
- ½ teaspoon of Shrimp Ebi
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
- 4 cloves of Red Onion
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 3 pieces of Curly Chilli
- 1 piece of Red Chilli
Other Seasonings :
- ¼ teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Sweet Soy Sauce
Supplementary
material :
- 2 tablespoons of Fried Onion
- 1 piece of Cucumber (box cut)
- 1 piece of Tomato (roughly sliced)
- 6 pieces of Lettuce Leaf
How to make :

- Stir-fry the
spices in the puree into hot oil until cooked. Set aside on the edge of the
pan. The omelet and scrambled egg.
- Combine the
