How to make :
Saute Tofu Black Pepper |
- Cut out the box shape, fry until cooked and
browned. Lift and drain.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute large onions,
garlic and ginger until fragrant. Enter the tofu, green mussels and red
peppers. Stir well.
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy
sauce, salt, black pepper and water. Stir well. Cook until the seasoning
permeates. Add the scallion, stir briefly, remove.
