Material :
Special Curry of Fried Rice |
- 4 cups
of White Rice (cold)
- 250 gr
of Mutton Chops (thinly sliced) (replaced by other meats such as chicken or
beef)

pieces of Chicken Eggs (in shake)

tablespoon of Cooking Oil
- ¼ clove
of Big Onion (thinly sliced length)
- 3
cloves of Garlic (roughly chopped)
- 1 piece
of Big Red Chilli (thinly sloped slices)
- 6
stalks of Spring Onion only green part (sloping 1.5 cm)
- 2
stalks of Spring Onion only white part (thinly sliced)
- 2
tablespoons of Coconut Milk (liquid)
- 1
teaspoon of Fresh Ginger (grated)
- 2
teaspoons of Curry Powder
- ½
teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
- 2
teaspoons of Coriander Powder
- 2
teaspoons of White Cumin Seeds
- 2
teaspoons of Sesame Oil
- Coriander Leaf (for garnish)
- Salt and Black Pepper Powder (to taste)
How to make :
- Heat ½ tablespoon of cooking oil in a hot saucepan,
then insert the egg and scrambled until done. Lift and set aside.
- Smear it the mutton chops with black pepper
powder and salt to taste, then heat 1 ½ tablespoons of cooking oil into the saucepan.
Put big onions, garlic and big red chilli. Cook until smelled nice (but not
change color).
Special Curry of Fried Rice |
- Put the mutton chops that has been smear it and
cook until ¼ cooked using a big fire (but not too full)
- Add the spring onions at that green and white
part, cook about 1.5 - 2 minutes, then input coconut milk. Stir well.
- Add 1 tablespoon of last cooking oil, then
input the grated fresh ginger and white rice.
- Instantly seasonings with curry powder,
coriander powder, white cumin seeds and turmeric powder, and add salt and black
pepper powder (to taste). Make sure to stir fried curry rice evenly.
- Put back the scramble egg fried. Stir well
and then evenly spray with sesame oil. Cook and stir for a moment. Lift
- If you want more spicy can add sliced hot
chilli at the last time before enter the scramble egg.
- Serve warm The Special Curry of Fried Rice with
coriander leaf for garnish.
