Material :
- 200 gr of Sour Cream / Yogurt Plain (creamy)
- 200 gr of Fresh Cream (powder)
- 200 ml of Whipped Cream
- 300 gr of Strawberry (in small pieces and partly in the blender for the sauce)
- 120 gr of Sugar
- 1 piece of Lemon Juice (in squeeze, take the water)
- 2 pieces of Gelatin Sheet (pieces and soak in cold water about 5-7 minutes)
How to make :
- Dough : Combine sour cream, fresh creme, sugar and lemon juice, shake until mixed (with mixer).
- Take a little piece of strawberry for garnish ingredients, set aside. The rest of the sauce in a blender, divide into 2 parts (for top and bottom).
- Raise the soaked gelatin into a small glass. Warm the glass in hot water, stirring until melted, then remove from heat.
- Pour the entire mixture into the gelatin and stir to slowly - land.
- Mix the dough with sour cream that has been whipped stiff.
- Prepare a place for pudding. Pour some of the sauce into it, smooth. Then pour the whole mixture of pudding mixture. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. If the dough has hardened, pour the remaining sauce and place the pieces strawberry.
- Pudding ready to eat.
