Main Materials :
- 1 stem of Spring Onions
- 100 gr of Potatoes

- 2 tablespoons of Apple Water

chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of Ginger Water
- 2 tablespoons of Soy
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Dashima Broth Water (seaweed)
How To Make :
How To Make The Chicken :
- Cut chicken with
size according to taste, then clean the chicken.
- Remove the skin
from the meat, then season with the spices for chicken. Let stand ± for 10
minutes
- Add water ± 5
cups to the pan and boil.
- Boil the chicken
with medium heat for ± 20 minutes.
How To Prepare Other
Materials :
- Peel and cut
potatoes with a small size.
- Wash potatoes
with cold water to remove the sap.
- Boil the
potatoes into water that has been mixed with salt until half cooked. Then
strain if it is half-baked.
- Cut the spanish onions
box shape.
- Cut the red chilli on an angle
with length ± 2 cm.
- Wash off and
slash spring onion with a thickness
of 1 cm.
How To Make Sauce :
- Combine all the materials of the sauce. Then stir until evenly
distributed. Set aside.
How To Make :
- Cook the chicken
with 2/3 sauce that has been made earlier. Cook for 5 minutes without cover and
cook for ± 30 minutes with the lid using medium heat.
- Put pieces of spanish onions, potatoes and red chili and spring onions
together with the remaining sauce. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Cook back for 10
minutes using a small flame.
