DAKBOKKEUMTHANG

Main Materials :

-    1 kg of Chicken Meats
-    1 stem of Spring Onions
-    100 gr of Potatoes
-    1 piece of Spanish Onions
-    2 teaspoons of Salt
-    2 pieces of Red Chilli

Seasonings Material for Chicken :

-    1 tablespoon of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

Seasonings Material for Sauces :

-    2 tablespoons of Red Chilli
-    2 cups of Water
-    1 teaspoon of Sugar
-    1 tablespoon of Gochujang
-    ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
-    2 tablespoons of Apple Water
-    2 tablespoons of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    1 teaspoon of Ginger Water
-    2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
-    1 tablespoon of Dashima Broth Water (seaweed)

How To Make :

How To Make The Chicken :
-    Cut chicken with size according to taste, then clean the chicken.
-    Remove the skin from the meat, then season with the spices for chicken. Let stand ± for 10 minutes
-    Add water ± 5 cups to the pan and boil.
-    Boil the chicken with medium heat for ± 20 minutes.

How To Prepare Other Materials :
-    Peel and cut potatoes with a small size.
-    Wash potatoes with cold water to remove the sap.
-    Boil the potatoes into water that has been mixed with salt until half cooked. Then strain if it is half-baked.
-    Cut the spanish onions box shape.
-    Cut the red chilli on an angle with length ± 2 cm.
-    Wash off and slash spring onion with a thickness of 1 cm.
How To Make Sauce :
-    Combine all the materials of the sauce. Then stir until evenly distributed. Set aside.

How To Make :
-    Cook the chicken with 2/3 sauce that has been made earlier. Cook for 5 minutes without cover and cook for ± 30 minutes with the lid using medium heat.
-    Put pieces of spanish onions, potatoes and red chili and spring onions together with the remaining sauce. Stir until evenly distributed.
-    Cook back for 10 minutes using a small flame.
-    Lift and serve at the serving place.
-    Number of Servings : 6 person.
