CCUKKUMI JEON-GOL

Main Materials :

-    10 pieces of Cukumi (small octopus)
-    100 gr of Bean Sprouts
-    100 gr of Beef
-    1 lt of Water Broth
-    3 pieces of Mushrooms
-    10 pieces of Sesame Leaf
-    50 gr of Green Vegetable (Ssukgat)

Seasonings Material :

-    1 stem of Spring Onions
-    2 teaspoons of Chilli Powder
-    1 tablespoon of Garlic (finely chopped)
-    2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce

How to make :

How to Prepare Materials and Spices :
-    Wash the cukumi / octopus.
-    Wash green vegetables / ssukgat.
-    Season beef with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and ½ teaspoon sugar, pepper and ½ teaspoon sesame.

How to make :
-    Put the bean sprouts and beef in the pan. Add the broth and bring to a boil.
-    Put cukumi into the pot, once cooked can directly input the green vegetables.
-    Number of Servings : 4 person
