SPECIAL ACEH NOODLES

Materials :

-    300 gr of Large Wet Noodles (boiled in hot water).
-    3 cloves of Red Onion (thinly sliced).
-    750 ml of Water.
-    50 gr of Bean Sprout.
-    1 ½ tablespoons of Sweet Soy Sauce.
-    1 teaspoon of Sugar.
-    200 gr of Lamb or Beef Meat (to taste).
-    4 cloves of Garlic (thinly sliced).
-    1 piece of Fresh Tomatoes (in pieces).
-    300 ml of Beef Broth.
-    50 gr of Cabbage (thinly sliced).
-    ½ tablespoon of Salt.
-    ½ teaspoon of Vinegar.
-    1 piece of Bay Leaf.
-    3 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil.
-    1 stalk of Spring Onion (cut).

Ground Spices Materials :

-    4 cloves of Garlic.
-    4 pieces of Red Chilli (seeded).
-    ¼ teaspoon of Cumin Powder.
-    6 cloves of Red Onion.
-    1 grain of Cardamom.
-    2 cm of Turmeric (on burn).
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper White Powder.

Pickles :

-    1 teaspoon of Sugar.
-    ½ teaspoon of Salt.
-    3 pieces of Cucumber Fresh (remove the seeds and cut the box).
-    1 teaspoon of Vinegar.

Complement Materials :

-    Fried Onion (to taste).
-    Red Onion (raw).
-    100 gr of Crackers Bearing Edible Seeds.
-    Cayenne Pepper.
-    Lime Slice.

How to make :

-    Boil the meat and bay leaf on water, after ripe watering throw away it and cut to taste, set aside.
-    Saute red onion, garlic and ground spices until smell nice, add the meat, stir until evenly distributed.
-    Add bean sprouts, tomatoes and cabbage, stir until cooked.
-    Put the salt, sweet soy sauce, beef broth, sugar and vinegar. Cook until soaked.
-    Put the noodles and sprinkle spring onions, mix well and cook until done.
-    Serve Aceh Noodle Special with pickles, complement and enjoy instantly.
