SOUR KEUENG ACEH

Main Materials :

-    4 pieces of Tuna Fish (can be replaced with milkfish, snapper and anchovies)
-    8 - 10 pieces of Cucumber Tree / Bilimbi / Dried Bilimbi / 2 pieces of Green Tomatoes
-    2 pieces of Lime
-    2 pieces of Lime Leaf
 
Stir-frying Materials :

-    Red Onion (to taste)
-    Garlic (to taste)

Ground Spice Materials :

-    7 pieces of Cayenne Pepper (can be added if like spicy)
-    ½ piece of Spanish Onion
-    2 cloves of Garlic
-    1 segment of Ginger
-    2 pieces of Lime Leaf
-    ½ teaspoon of Pepper Powder
-    ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper
-    ½ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
-    Salt (to taste)
-    3 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil

How to make :

-    Cut and sprinkle salt on the fish, plus lime water, then fried ½ cooked.
-    Saute garlic and spanish onions. Saute until slightly browned.
-    Put the water 5 cups and put all the spices fine. Let stand for 10 minutes.
-    Put the fish and bilimbi. Let stand for 10 minutes.
