- 500 gr of Fresh Potatoes
- ¼ kg of Cooking Oil
- 8 cloves of Red Onion
- 2 pieces of Hot Chilli
- 6 pieces of Red Chilli
- 2 sticks of White Lemongrass (tossed)
- 2 sheets of Bay Leaf
- 5 pieces of Lime Leaf (sliced bone)
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon of Tamarind Water
First
Step :
- Peel the skin and cut the potatoes to taste (in a box cut, lengthwise, thin).
- Potato pieces in soak and washed thoroughly, drain.
- Heat cooking oil, cook pieces of potatoes until cooked, remove and set aside.
Step
Two:
- Crushed red onion, hot chilli and red chilli roughly.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, stir-fry seasoning until is smelled.
- Enter the white lemongrass, bay leaf and lime leaf and cook until cooked.
- Enter salt, brown sugar and tamarind water, stirring while entering potatoes that have been in the fry.
- Cook back the potato while stirring for all seasoning ingredients mixed and cooked until the potatoes wrapped, lift and serve.
