kg of Fresh Salted Squid
- 1 liter of Water
- 3 tablespoons of Lime Water
- 3 pieces of Lime Leaf, (sliced and discarded)
- 2 sheets of Bay Leaf
- 1 stalk of Lemongrass (crushed)
- 3 cm of Galangal (tossed)
- ½ clove of Big Onion (sliced lengthwise)
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- Flavoring (to taste)
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil (for sauteing)
Seasoning Ingredient :
10 pieces of Curly Hot Chilli
3 pieces of Big Red Chilli
4 cloves of Red Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
½ tablespoon of Candlenut Powder
2 cm of Ginger
How
to make :
- Salted squid dump the dirt and wash until clean.
- Boil water and lemon water and cook salted squid until tender or boiling water, remove and drain.
- Crushed seasoning is curly hot chilli, big red chilli, red onion, garlic, candlenut powder and ginger until smooth.
- Heat a little cooking oil, saute sliced onions and spices.
- Add the spices with lime leaf, bay leaf, lemongrass and galangal that has been contaminated and then cook until smell good.
